I just wrapped up 8.2 exploration, and honestly torn on who to R4 next with the gem.

Here are my current R4s:


Here are the candidates - only one not shown who I would consider is the new shiny Wolverine who just isn’t R3’d yet:





I run suicides 75% of the time, so want a champion that can handle both suicides and not suicides. My main focus is on content, grinding arena, and to a lesser extent BG’s. I generally do the BG objectives every other day and maybe a few extra matches, but not doing advanced gladiator stuff. So, want a champ that is helpful for BGs but that’s not the top priority. Generally don’t do War/Incursions.

The champs that are my lead candidates given the above - and that I play the most - are Claire, CGR, and iBom. The new champs that I really enjoy that are up for consideration as well are SpiderHam and Absorbing Man, who I’m making good progress on figuring out and will max sig in the coming weeks.. I’m generally not looking at Hulkling because I don’t feel like he really needs it and he’ll just become even more of a ban target if I take him to R4. Crit Monkey is another possibility as is Kitty, although I need to put the work in to fully master her.

    I have spiderham at r4 and would strongly recommend him. Aside from him, Hulkling and Archangel would be the top picks, but you didn't include either in the poll.

    Thanks @KnightOfTheRealm I agree Hulkling is great but he seems to be beyond solid at R3 and feel like he’ll just become even more of a ban magnet at R4. With AA I struggle to R4 him given how much I’m running Suicides and how little I’m running deep wounds. Since I’m always running MD 4/5 it does up the stock on the mystic candidates.

    As you run suicides most of the time, omega benefits the most as his spore damage increases with base attack only.

    Otherwise, bwcv, iabom, diablo, warlock? Although I'm guessing you know who you use the most and would use the most, so rank them..
