7-star crystal disappeared, acquired with 15,000 shards!

Anyone else experiencing this frustrating issue. Closed the game a few times, even deleted the app and re-download it, still to no success. Very annoying issue

You should send a support ticket in. They'll be able to see what's up and give you the 7* crystal if you're missing one

I checked my 7-star roster and no changes, so it’s not there. Freaking disappeared in thin air. WTF

I sent one in, but the suspense is killing me lol. I shouldn’t have to wait this long or at all. Waited long enough to gather up all those shards.
