"Canadian" tag in filters is missing. Any more? Why?

I've been scrolling through the Carina's challenges and found the one where you need to complete labyrinth with champions tagged "Canadians".

When I've tried to filter by that tag - there is no such tag...
Why this one is missing from tag filters? Any others that are not in the filters?
