It depends on what you want to use them for. Hulkling is better for BG. He's really quick whereas Knull is a bit on the slower side. However, I personally r4'd my Knull over Hulkling because I really liked using him in story content. He was a champion I used a lot in 8.2, for example.

Hulking is better overall, considering attack, defense, immunities etc. But Knull is good too, so ultimately it's up to you - who you enjoy more.
