Episode 1 and 2 completed but I did not count for completed after promoted from the uncollected to cavalier and the quest only available after that. How to fix it?

Just finish all the treat level 3 but not get the reward. Finish episode 1 and 2 before cavalier and now finish episode 3 and 4.
