Next champ buff delayed because of bug fix?

I didn't see Kabam note any additional older champs buffs/re-works in response to the Ant Man Future bug fix. Am I right to assume they're not doing a buff because they're fixing a bug?

Yeah unfortunately it's already been 3 months since his release..and they will take 3 more months to deliver us final working champ with all the bug fix...at this point i almost have no expectations about champ reworks at all
