I can confirm it works, if you send a ticket to kabam with all the information they'll manually complete the quest for you and you'll see the rewards once you enter the game and check the quest tab. This happened to me when I got Thronebreaker a few days ago.

How long does it take? Submitted a request with screenshots of the 4 weeks of sq and the objectives page. I would've added the Paragon mail aswell, but it didn't let me add more than those 5 screenshots I mentioned.

I did level 5 100%
