Kabam support - Help needed. Unable to get useful replies

Is there a phone number to reach kabam support? I’ve been back and fourth (in the same email chain) with multiple different people and, in that, I’ve gotten some answers but mostly the same generic email like I got initially as if they don’t even read the emails.

I have proof of me missing the 7* celebration rewards along with confirmation on their end of the facts. But am unable to get anything further as I’ve gotten the same generic email reply 3 times in a row.
It is incredibly frustrating to deal with them.
I can’t believe the level of customer support being offered at a company like this.

Anyone else have the same experience and how did you resolve it?

    You expect too much from their customer service. They have to triage all the support tickets they get, prioritize them, and then work them, and yours is one of many many tickets they have to work.

    Their CS is no different than any you will find in mobile video gaming in general.

    I am 16 emails in with them. It’s not hard to actually read the email before sending the “automatic reply”. I don’t expect much but this is for sure not it.

    It is tough. They have to get a dev/programmer to go in, query the db and verify what happened. That's not a 5 minute job. Now multiply that by all of the other that had your identical issues, and then the others...

    Better to not reply until you get a chance to actually look at it. Replying with a generic email that doesn’t address the issue is just insulting. I get that there can be a lot of requests but this is not the way to deal with them.

    Kabams customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Good luck getting anywhere without Jax helping you. If this game wasn’t marvel this company would’ve been out a long time ago

    100% agree! I love this game but can’t stand Kabam. It’s really a shame that their customer service and a lot of their decisions are so bad.

    I’m ve contacted support and am getting useless replies and no help… was trying to see if there was a better way since this is not working and I keep getting a generic reply.
