I don’t get this sometimes

Block him? You can’t stop people from being who they are, but you can stop yourself from engaging and responding. Simple solution, solve the problem on your end because no one is going to be able to solve his.

Never use global chat. It's a horrible place to chat. There are so many keyboard warriors who like nothing better then to insult other people for their enjoyment. Gobal chat is not the place to have good conversations.

I just reread OP's post and now I'm a little bit confuse. I don't see what is the issue with Neeson's comment here. I only see three comments and it's nothing that would make me feel bully. Is it because Neeson is saying atleast I have never been like Mantis? Mantis reply is LOL so who's being bully here. There's got to be more to this then what I see here. Something is missing and it's making it hard to see how this is bullying at all.

The OP did provide a less than stellar example here but the user Neeson is actually known for bullying people even in alliance chats like @SummonerNR mentioned

Ok. I was wondering why is this consider bully. In my alliance we don't tolerate this kind of behavior so auto kick.
