I never get my r3 in my deck and I always ban him, even as 5*.
He is so broken against mystics and energy champs that If I don’t ban him, I would need to plan my deck and BGs rank ups solely build on that.
It would be nice, if Kabam introduced global bans each season (similar to AW), at least for GC.

Archangel - I don't have his 6* and he immediately takes out all non immune defenders

Nick fury - without the right counter, he's a pain. And even with it's still like fighting 2 champs. Every second matters. He's also a good attacker.

Third is whatever will annoy me or take time to kill or Ghost.

I ban defenders that I don't want to deal with, (like r4 Maw, korg...etc) and once I ban the defenders I don't want to deal with, I'll then ban attackers. With the easy matchups I've gotten since hitting plat, I generally ban the lowest 3 options in their deck to make it a tad bit more fair

But i mostly ban knull, gorr and rintrah, i’m fine with the rest of the defenders since my roster is diverse with defenders, counters and attackers

Knull and Maw as defenders and their best attacker. I just cant do Knull and maw is too timing dependent for maw.

All in all most of my bans are matchup dependent but this is the order in which I check for the champs that I wanna ban

I permaban mantis and mangog . They are really scary to fight against , both as an attacker and defender . Abs man and supreme spiderman are honorable mentions
