Solo objective t6cc crystal

I recently 100% the TB EQ, fully explored and there is a reward for fully exploring the event quest in (special objectives). Te reward is a 25% t6cc crystal and its not giving me the reward. Can someone let me know if they are having te same problem please I would really like that crystal. Now I will say this. The second I completed the event I got my 3rd r4 6* to become paragon. So when I completed it I was still thronebreaker, is this objective a paragon exclusive objective? I restarted game,logged out logged back in and I still can claim it

    Yes, you needed to be paragon before finishing EQ. Send a support ticket explaining what happened. They might be able to get u the crystal. Can't speak personally to what the outcome will be though. Congrats on paragon!
