The more I think about it the more maddening it is. They can't go 2 seconds without turning a game mode or gifting event into a complete joke and who wouldn't want an arena bot??? You get to have every champ in the game and unlimited units without lifting a finger. Give me that! I want that! No more busted thumbs and hand pain.
If you've botted every arena for 2 years, a 7 day ban isn't enough. Take all their stolen champs away, give them negative units, and REMOVE ARENA access for 6 months.
While I agree, it would kill the game. This move is already a very risky move on Kabam's part. Most of the people cheering it on don't even spend anything on the game.
I agree, they'd be foolish booting their spenders but we're almost stuck in a hostage situation. "Best let them cheat every resource in the game or else the game shuts down". What?!
Then support the game with what little you have so they aren’t reliant on the whales. Like I said before, Kabam doesn’t even put on ads for F2P for 7+ years. People have too little appreciation for what they get and what a big risk Kabam just took.
If you don’t want to be held hostage, you have to do some of the work.
This reads like a mob protection racket. "that's a nice game ya got there, it'd be a shame if something were to happen to it".

On a different note, it would be nice if alliance officers could see a note indicating previous bans? They may not want to add such players.
there's a lot of talk about banning cheaters and all that but if the cheaters are consistently winning over and over would it not make sense to just make arenas separated? 1000 summoners fight in this group and another 1000 in this group over here. Put all the cheaters that are known cheaters into one group and let them cheat themselves
Your anti-cheater program doesn't work. I played with one of them again. Don't allow such practices, we have to spend many hours to get rewards and they take all the fun out of the game. I propose that the penalties for using unauthorized software be more severe. all Battlegraund rewards should be taken and banned for at least 7 days. Nah, but you could check out the top alliances in rating and looking at the players who haven't logged in for 3 days. I got to Alliance rated #6 to find one that didn't have banned players. Most amusing.
Modders are evolving, they are modifying the damage of their hits at the time they are sent to the server so that the astronomical hits they deal DO NOT APPEAR in the fight stats.
I guess they do this to avoid getting caught by your anti-cheat methods and increase their chances of not getting banned.
100k power rating accounts on celestial right now making impossible fights in less than 20 seconds and "normal" hits.
Had 144m points for adam warlock first round and get a 5* adam… i hope i will be in top 400 after correction…

If they bump you up to getting the 6*, I wouldn’t be opposed to letting them keep the 5* also. (and if so, I hope they won’t complain that they would have used their ISO/Cats instead on that 6* and start asking for refund of what they used on the 5*)

Domino is not difficult to play against. As someone that's played her and got her in the first week of release, I'm well versed with her mechanics. I presume you're relying on her Sp1 winning the defensive fights as many have hoped for, but in my case I just chuckle when I see Domino as defender because I'm well used to dodging her Sp1.

On the topic of cheaters, how come nothing ever comes of when these bugs go on for months/years. Isn’t that cheating the community that keeps you all employed?
I know this isnt related to the thread, but when are the forum admins going to crack down on the people who keeps spamming disagree on everyones comments? Its basically every post i make, theres always a guarantee disagree on my post or comment

Cheaters allowed to play BGs in the season they got caught… doesn’t make sense
Its completely not fair to allow them to play or collect rewards in hame modes that they used champs they obtained through cheating. That includes AW and BG
they should be removed completely from these game modes, I also believe it just isn’t fair that they only removed the champs from the arena that was monitored when they were caught, what about ALL the other champs they obtained by cheating previously.
Allowing them to stay competitively in the contest is endorsing cheating

I mean I would hope that such people would be under a microscope for managing to get in the top 100 in less than 2 days.
