BG points missing - solo events

I lost all my solo bg points, but my alliance points are still there. I wrote several times to support without getting a fix. Anyone else with same issue?

Protip: tagging moderators (especially those that don't even work for kabam anymore) won't get them to come and resolve your issue. All they'll do is tell you to submit a ticket to support since they can't do anything for you here

Protip: tagging moderators (especially those that don't even work for kabam anymore) won't get them to come and resolve your issue. All they'll do is tell you to submit a ticket to support since they can't do anything for you here

They never remove alliance points , just solo cos he was pausing matches or declining them

Bud have a look at first message…. I already wrote several times to support without any solution … they are just copy and paste guys

While you may be right in saying that mods won’t be able to help with in game account, I am sure they can access in game account information. I have seen mods comment about the account more than a couple of times here on the forum.
