Grandmasters Gauntlet Keys

I took a few months off the game and came back and wanted to do the grandmasters gauntlet but I have no keys. Im paragon and have completed act six and have never done the gauntlet before....Did my keys expire from my inbox?

    I'm in the same boat. Kabam Support seems unable or uninterested in actually resolving this issue and just says that the appropriate number of keys were delivered, even if they weren't claimed and just expired in the inbox.

    Kabam is not interested in resolving these issues as a small amount of players are being affected by these bugs. Besides, they don't want to admit their incompetence by showing that they weren't able to solve the problem for the FOURTH time.

    Just happened to me. Did you get any resolution @Dark12534
    Or @CantClutch?

    Clearly neither was run and I don't have keys, I wasn't even playing January-march and came back to the game later finding this as permanent content and finally, despite the revive tweak, managed to farm enough up to make a run only to ding im blocked out..did t even realize keys were needed to get them.

    Contacted support and well...

    Wow. The keys "I received". That's just it, I never got any and didn't log in in January while I was sick. H

    Thanks for understanding how disheartening this is to run the gauntlet, use revives that are hard to come by now and not even be able to claim the rewards once.

    Bravo, Kabam. Customer support never ceases to amaze me.

    Really dislike this decision. I also wasnt playing in January 2023, so now I just dont get the gauntlet keys? Seems unfair

    It’s a horrible decision and not even true. I had taken a break when it initially released but have been back playing everyday long before January 2023 (back in late 2023 I as I took part in some of EOP). I only received 2 keys even after never entering the quest before and I know others in a similar situation too

    Pretty ridiculous. A large swath of your player base cannot access something because they completed Act 6 too early and took a break from the game when it got stale? Impressive way to drive customers away. Just because everyone isn't a whale doesn't make them valueless to your company. Instead of your AI program "Jack," why not send a real response on the forum or something? Worthless employees up there.

    I have just experienced this issue myself. I have played the game every day this year so I find it hard to believe that I missed this mail with the keys included. Instead of getting any form of helpful response, I am left to ponder if I will ever get the opportunity to collect the rewards from the Grandmasters Gauntlet once, let alone three times like most other players will.
    Will anyone from Kabam actually respond to this issue and look into a players account with any detail?
