Relics not working

I am currently trying to bind a relic to one of my champs and every time I click "bind", nothing happens. Won't allow me to post a video on here or else I would send that in as an example.

    For example: Will let me bind my 5* gamora to Surfer but not to Hulking. Will let me bind my 5* storm to 6* stormx but not to my 7*. makes no sense.

    Relic binding might as well be permanent. On Android I have no way to unbind a relic from a champ. Try from the champ, then try from the relic and neither works. Kabam please take 5 minutes to try to unbind a relic on Android and share your results. Thank you.
