BWCV not applying Buff Immunity

I was fighting Aarkus with Black Widow Claire Voyant in the cosmic quest of this month's EQ when I realized none of my Buff Immunity debuffs were applying to Aarkus. The first sp2 worked just fine, but none after that. At first I thought he might've just been purifying them, but the prompt never shows up and I cannot figure out what could be causing this aside from a possible bug.

I think i faced something similar. I was fighting against Gorr in battlegrounds but i thought it could be masochism. It did feel weird but i did not pay attention to further check on it.

Vision’s sig ability purifies a non-damaging debuff with a cooldown of 9.5 seconds. When you throw your sp2, you see a cooldown timer on him, showing that his sig ability triggered.

He shrugged it. Don't know why the call out isn't happening but you can see his timer trigger

Thanks guys, I ran it again with Herc and it looks like the Tenacity prompt appeared when he purified Infuriate and Stun but not the Buff Immunity for some reason. At least now I know to check the timer rather than the prompts.
