Will the updating screen be fixed next month?

2 months and kabam have faild to fix this problem for players. Will it be resolved with next months update or should we quit the game for good due to the lack of communication from kabam regarding this issue?

    That is not how bug report works... Provide them information ex: what device you are using, screenshots videos etc.
    Also what have you done on your end? Uninstalled/installed cleared cache etc? Don't just post worthless posts like this and expect some answers.

    As if doing what they request = acknowledgment and resolution of a bug.

    We have posted screenshots and information of oir devices on another chat, but kabam remains silent.

    It's been two months now that people still complain about this bug with every details of the problem but the issue is that Kabam is ignoring it so by now explaining the bug is just useless and a waste of time.

    My good friend experience this bug for a long time. At the beginning, there was a problem, when he entered the fight with or against 2022 champs only. But now somehow this bug becomes bigger. For example, he find out he cannot use Shang chi anymore because of updating screen. It’s very unfortunate that Kabam do nothing with that case (at least they do not provide us any info about it).

    We provided the final update on this, previously.

    We found that players who were encountering this issue were sideloading the game. In other words, they were downloading it from unofficial sources, outside of the Google Play store.

    MCOC on Android is too big to be entirely packaged in the original download. Therefore it relies on the Google Play store to update specific information. If the App isn't from the source, it does not have access to that information.

    I recall someone posting UNOFFICAL workarounds in the original thread I know you were a part of. I suggest you seek that information.
