Shuri doesn't need to be awakened....she is just as good without it

Peni doesn't need it too much except for a few matchups....the main purpose of her sig is to counter Fury's LMD

Nimrod doesn't need it but benefits a LOT from it, specially if u can put sigs in him
Higher the better
It really bumps up his damage
