I accidentally opened one of the items in the Thonebreaker package before I knew what had happened and support is saying they cannot refund me. This is very frustrating.

I also opened one Nexus crystal from the wrong package
Got a dupe on Cap IW
Didn’t touch any other items or units
Wrote a ticket of Friday, but still no response
Is it all over for me? Aren’t they able to remove signature ability from my Cap? Or at least remove one awakening gem and 20 signature stones from my account
It’s all better than having unwanted items for 100$

I’ve made a wrong purchase. Why I have grandmasters Odín vault if I am parangón?
The items must me shown as in the store inside the game. Will the support help me & send me the correct items?

@Tensio i made the same exact mistake. And claimed momentarily and went to open the crystals. Once I opened the Nexus I realized that it was not supposed to be in the pack, but 2 abyss selectors were. Don’t open anything, the chance for refund remains this way

One more thing. Why if we have to login in the market the purchases aren’t segmented? In the app I only see the parangón offers

I foolishly made that mistake and didnt realise until after id opened them it was wrong.

I think a big part of the problem (at least when it happened to me) is that the different offers didn't actually show the items in them aside from the units. Instead, it said you should scroll down to the bottom of the page for a link with that specific information. If you scroll down quickly enough, you might not notice that there are different tiers of offers, and when you scroll up, you first see the lowest-tier offers. Since those don't carry a Progression prefix like the others, instead being called Grandmaster's Peter Parker Wallet etc, and you still can't see the specific items you're getting from the screen, it's very hard to know that you're making a mistake unless you specifically noticed that your intended offer was named either Paragon or Thronebreaker.

I have faith that everything will sort itself out eventually and that I'll get either a refund or the items I tried to buy in the first place, so I won't be screaming or crying about all of this, but I do think that this was set up rather sloppily with a lot of things that could go wrong. The fact that the different offer tiers aren't even separated in any way, just one after another, makes the various tiers even more difficult to view clearly. I mean, giving the page a slight bit of formatting would have been a small but welcome change.

Is there any chance at getting the unit offers time period extended? I put in a ticket on Friday and haven’t gotten a response yet and my unit deals expire in about 8 hours. I know you said not to spend the items purchased from the wrong deal but I will probably end up using the units before the deals expire.

I wont ask for a refund since we , paragon ,tronebreaker,cavalier( ... etc) should not be able to buy incorrect bundle in the first place .and again

@kabam jax Just one question how to not touch a fragment of (alpha) catalyst and a selector , they both transform into something else once claimed (once the limite to forme a full catalist is reached) ? Does he do harm to the refund process ?

Is there a posibility to extend the units offer period, just have 2 hours to buy the offer and in that case we will lose de chage, just to know if not is ok.

Hi Kabam Jax, I purchased Tony Starks briefcase from your new online store for the first time and being paragon I choose the fun in the sun version and while I got the units I didn't get any of the bonus items, I can barely afford this so would appreciate if you can help fix it, I submitted a ticket on Friday but still haven't heard back.

They have removed the units I received from the offer but my ticket hasn’t been responded to. I have not been refunded either.

Well they processed my refund but I won’t get it for 10 days. So I guess there’s no deals for me. This is extremely frustrating. I can’t afford to get another deal without receiving my refund.

10 days is a bit extreme in my opinion. I can’t get the correct deal until I receive the refund. I have a few days left but it’s not looking promising.
