Got a dupe on Cap IW
Didn’t touch any other items or units
Wrote a ticket of Friday, but still no response
Is it all over for me? Aren’t they able to remove signature ability from my Cap? Or at least remove one awakening gem and 20 signature stones from my account
It’s all better than having unwanted items for 100$
The items must me shown as in the store inside the game. Will the support help me & send me the correct items?
I have faith that everything will sort itself out eventually and that I'll get either a refund or the items I tried to buy in the first place, so I won't be screaming or crying about all of this, but I do think that this was set up rather sloppily with a lot of things that could go wrong. The fact that the different offer tiers aren't even separated in any way, just one after another, makes the various tiers even more difficult to view clearly. I mean, giving the page a slight bit of formatting would have been a small but welcome change.

It wouldn't have solved every problem that led to this mess, but it would have been a start.
Is there any chance at getting the unit offers time period extended? I put in a ticket on Friday and haven’t gotten a response yet and my unit deals expire in about 8 hours. I know you said not to spend the items purchased from the wrong deal but I will probably end up using the units before the deals expire.
