Say I admit to breaking TOS in a Youtube video. Am I exempt from consequences because I admitted to it, or will I get banned like anyone else?

Came he under the guise of "asking for a friend" to whom you're clearly not but have a vendetta. If you have to craft a story, can't see how you could claim good faith.

You want him to get at least a 7-day ban for an extremely old transgression, for which you can't even be sure he hasn't been punished for - seems rather petty.
