That was accidentally added to the patch notes, but Cassie isn't actually being changed yet

Remember many different teams work on the game. The person who made the patch notes is just given information of what to have put there, but if someone forgets to unchecked a box of something that changed, then this person would not know.

While Cassie might have originally been supposed to have the taunt fixed with a bug fix, they decided to change it to her rebalancing and just forgot to tell whoever made the patch notes.
