What the actual heck?

in Bugs and Known Issues
So I've just had a bgs match, used Knull... the plan was simple-go for sp3.
The video here is the full match but I'll let you know what happened:
So first at 19 seconds my relic activated, which kinda worked as it did hit Bishop, but it wasn't intentional.
Then, after he heavied me at 1 minute 7 secs I've wanted to activate the sp3 while Knull gets up..I press the button...nothing. the sp3 is non existent. Then you can see Bishop hits Knull as he gets up (the sp3 was supposed to activate before that) and then the rest of the fight is my desperately trying to activate the sp3 (all these weird instant blocks r me pressing the sp3 button which does nothing and only makes me block) and then finally I die. The relic button as you might have understood seems off as well. What the heck?

    The AI decided it didn’t want to let you sp3. It also launched your Relic to evade it, thereby relieving you of any attack. It knows how you fight (including timing) and it knows your character’s limits, your Masteries and it refused to lose that fight. Thereby you would have to use resources that Kabam has made scarce now that you can’t just farm revives and such. It’s not new, it’s just an evolution of the new intelligence. It’s not a bug or input issue. One day it will understand fair play, but at the moment it’s just an infant or in its infancy.

    Basically, you did nothing wrong and there is no bug. This IS the new norm and likely will get worse the more they try to control it. Meanwhile they will take your money until they eventually close the game.

    Maybe, who knows 🤷‍♂️I’m just spitballing 😂

    I got wiped on my incursions run today with a similar situation but I think it’s an issue across all modes. The window between AI actions is sometimes inexistent. They recover from a basic attack or SP straight into another SP with me mashing buttons to not avail.
    I don’t care if it’s the AI or not, because apparently “it has never changed”, or it’s the input system, please fix it Kabam overlords.

    Happened to me several times in aqs. Special taking multiple presses to finally trigger at the same time as the passive, almost knocked out defender suddenly becomes super aggressive.
    I agree that it feels like the intention is to
    Inflict enough damage, in the last few seconds, to require items.

    They might be changing the buttons (¿Hitboxes It was?) It would not be the first time It happens
    It already happened with the skip mesaje in the history quests (but this time is actually gameplay relevant)
