Hey Kabam, can tells more about the numerous issues for the side quest. How are you going to remove the rewards from the 1250 mythic cystals? And will you also be removing the extra shards iso and and game progression they may have gotten unfairly because of this glitch? All how long will it take, it’s sounds like it will take a while and people who abused this will get benefit for the stuff before it is fully removed. And how accurate will your removes be will you get everyone? Can you just roll back the game to before it happened? Because it’s sounds like you miss people when you have to do this type of stuff. Also have you consider regarding the people who didn’t abuse this obvious glitch ? It’s seems like you not punishing the players who abused a clear glitch, so maybe rewarding people who didn’t abuse it would help set a good example. Also word of advice you guys really need to work on your communication, for some many issues you just don’t say anything and when you do say something it’s usually vague and a few days after it was asked.

    They’ll most likely keep the champs. Look what happened to last months EQ bug allowing you to redeem all rewards instead of weekly and the Bobble event with the 6* shard exploit. All I can say is, “must be nice” lol.

    I don’t know what they are gonna do but I don’t think this is comparable to those two examples.

    Last months situation didn’t give anyone anything extra, just a little sooner.

    The bobble store wasn’t anywhere near this scale.

    Last month is not even remotely the same. Being able to claim rewards early (which all summoners could’ve done) is completely different then being able to claim rewards that you weren’t supposed to be able to get.
