Kate Bishop bug?

Is Kate currently bugged?

Throwing an SP1 the arrows change automatically after contact with the defender.

Not even moving it changes. I am not tapping block to switch between arrows.

I'm pretty sure she is it just doesn't happen 100% of the time. It's happened to me a few times in BGs I made a post about it a few days ago too, got told maybe I tapped twice without noticing but as someone who's been playing Mantis since release and never switches stances by accident, I'm 100% sure I didn't so there must be something wrong (yes I did select cryo arrow on the pre fight screen lol)
