Is this a Bug? Is everyone seeing this or its just me? (post new update)

So after the update, I am seeing this download screen between fights, may it be arena or quests. I hope it's just a visual animation, or I wouldn't be happy about it downloading 4-5 MB data between every fight. :neutral:
Anyone else seeing this?

    I just checked to be double sure, in quests, It's for every single fight, in Arenas it's between a set of three fights.

    Am also facing this problem.... But this screen gets stuck when entering a fight in AQ

    Hopefully they resolve this soon, the game already has enough issues :D

    this has been happening to me since adam warlock came out. its really messed me over in bgs constantly. ive had to do fights with like 30 seconds left on the clock but the game counts all 118 seconds for some stupid reason

    Probably, but then, one can't buy a new phone just to play the game:) It should be device independent and work as intended across any device.
