This arena mess

With arena being all jacked up, we’re missing out on units, battlechips and more. How is Kabam going to compensate us? I have backed out and even restarted the game and still can’t even get in.
You gave away 1,250 mythic crystals and fixed that in record time but all of these other bugs get swept under the rug. It’s annoying that as things come up they don’t take the same priority. We want a working game.

    Agree completely. Would have liked taking a run at the 6* Jabari Panther this weekend (I got the 6* Nebula and Dr. Strange recently), but with this mess, I’m holding off even grinding for units because I don’t want to build a streak and then lose it and then throw my phone against the wall and then have to buy a new one, all because they borked the game for everyone with the “Express” thing that only benefits people with the Sigil.

    My arena has locked up and I don’t use Express or have a Sigil.

    Can't agree with this post more. It's a pretty awful track record that it takes substantial more time to fix issues that help Kabam / hurt players than it does to fix bugs that hurt kabam / help players.

    There is no reason for this to still be an issue and their efforts to fix it won't meet the mark.

    I am not even interested in doing arena when I keep being forced to lose my streak. I want that time to be efficient with the multiplier. So even if you boost the rewards that I do get, it won't make up for the ones I didn't bother playing for because Kabam takes its time to resolve an issue that destroys f2p.

    This is affecting everyone from milestone grinders to champion chasers. Scores are way off highs as evidenced by the last arena results, so obviously this bug is universal - not just sigil (I do have it though). It shouldn’t take a week + to resolve. How can the compensation cover all the different types of arena players? Extremely disappointing.
