in Bugs and Known Issues
So does anyone know if there will be any kind of compensation for the mythic crystal and hades rift side quest bug. Or the arena bug please let me know thanks.

    Why the heck would anyone receive any sort of compensation for this?

    I get that Kabam messed up, but... how exactly has this impacted you or your gameplay?

    I know that it hasn't stopped me from completing any content or grinding the arena. BGs, MAYBE, but if so that would probably be calculated after the season has completed and people's scores or placements can be amended IF this has drastically affected anything.

    Edited to add: The above is regarding the Mythic Crystal.

    The Hades Rifts are now working as intended and I don't believe anyone got any additional rewards, I could be wrong.

    Arena = they've already stated they're considering compensation for the issues, including a rebate or free sigil experience.

    Well, they're already going to take everything away from the people who opened the mythic crystals so no to that one. As for the SQ exploit, I sent a ticket to support to ask about the situation and they told me they're still investigating, they mentioned that compensation for that one is not entirely out of the question but we'll have to see, they haven't figured it out yet.

    Some people did get extra rewards, three people in my alliance got the generic awakening gem and they still have it in their inventories which means they'll get two this month at the very least (no they didn't get lucky, they used the exploit).

    Thanks. I stand by the "no compensation is necessary" comment though, it doesn't stop me from being able to play or enjoy the game and doesn't impact my account.

    It's possible that rewards will be clawed back for people who gained extra, but even if they're not, I'm fine with it for the side quest. They still had to complete content and there isn't any realistic compensation that can be given without also giving it to those accounts, which would just exacerbate the issue.

    I'm not very concerned about someone getting an extra awakening gem, or three or four. Generic awakening gems have become very accessible now, I have 9 sitting in my inventory and then I also have class gems.

    Because of BGs, the Mythic Crystals had potential to be a lot more impactful on others than the Side Quest exploit and I wouldn't expect anyone to receive compensation for that. Treat it the same way: claw back the rewards from those accounts and call it even.

    No need for compensation in my opinion.

    Fair enough, I agree for a lot of Paragons who have a ton of gems in overflow no big deal, for someone who just hit TB though that extra generic gem could potentially be a game changer. You can't just decide based on your needs cause you're not the only person playing this game.

    I’m new to the game and I didn’t know abt all this and the arena bug did Impact my gameplay and do know that this isn’t their fault I was just asking bcuz one of my alli member told me that there will be a compensation.

    Sorry , but another side of this is that they seem to have removed mythic crystals from the game ATM. So the one that was supposed to come with my side quest completion bundle is now non existent. I would love to know whether these will be re compensated.

    You still have the crystal. You just cant see it rn since they removed the ability to open them for the time being

    I mean if they actually take away everything everyone opened then no we shouldn't get any compensation, but if theyre just slapping week bans on people and not touching the champs they pulled then think about how drastically thats gonna change arena scores and more importantly battleground matchups.
