Where are paragon crystals for paragon players?

Just wondering why this isn’t a paragon crystal, with the who effort to get paragon, not sure it should be a Cav?

Problem is, most of these champs are not released as 7 stars, so it'd either be an extremely limited pool, or it'd have to be way different from any Paragon(or cav for that matter) crystal we've had before, where it'd have all these champs as 4,5,6, and then only a select few as 7 star
