Falcon lock on no longer works on mordo

When did falcon lock on stop working on Mordo astral evade is it a bug or did you guys change something just wondering @Kabam Miike @kabam Jax

Mordo is immune to Passive AAR. If Falcon's Lock On worked on him before, that was likely a bug.

It was never supposed to work, bug was fixed
