Very defensive AI

I have been facing a very defensive AI for the last week. Each match starts the same way, the AI starts aggressive but when you start getting clean hits and combos, the AI is backing into a corner and blocking. No specific nodes or champions. I have seen it in battlegrounds, sode quests, daily quests and arena.

Worse still is special 2. I have to keep baiting the special 1 because if i wait till 2 bars of power are filled then the AI doesnt throw the special for 1-2 minutes. If the champ has power gain then it is an auto KO for me. This has only been on the last week, not had any issue before that.

Anyone else facing similar issues?

    For my when i infuriate then with Hercules, they don't follow when i dash back, instead they stand and when i dash in, boom, combo in my face. This happened in almost every match playing BG

    Definitely dealing with what you talked about on top of blocking or dexing my Relic striker 90% of the time. Blocking my specials before the stun timer expires. Before they are even close to standing up after being knocked down they launch special or heavy. Recovery time from stun is faster. Sometimes they completely just act like I am not even blocking or parrying and just combo right through me. I know it's about money and without money we wouldn't have the game but it is frustrating

    I've reported it. Ai has been particularly passive in arena and questing for me. Infuriating.

    I've noticed in more in BG lately. Of coarse, I saw the opposite while exploring 8.1.2 with the weapon node that rewards hitting into block. I had a very aggressive AI that blocked only five times throughout 6 fights...

    Agreed. I just did 1.1 thronebreaker event quest and no issues. In fact Cassie Lang threw her special 2s as soon as she hit 2 bars of power. I went to BGs thinking its fixed and dealt with a non cooperative Apoc for 2 minutes.
