So it seems that yesterday quite a few bugs regarding Rintrah have been added to the Trello board. Rintrah is a popular champ so I figured it'd be worth mentioning here too so that less people are blindsided when something changes. Also as an added note, the way the bugs are listed here are a lot more in depth and detailed than the older ones on Trello, so it does seem that Kabam is trying to improve. But here ya go:

It's written very clearly that the potency is 200%
Normally he has a 60% chance of placing a Neutralize but against Cosmic champs this changes, no number is given to the chance so it's expected to be 100% but in reality it's 120% chance. Meaning that even when his ability accuracy is reduced by 15% he still has over a 100% chance for it to proc
The potency of the Neutralize is how much it reduces opponent buff ability accuracy, the chance is the likelihood of there being a Neutralize in the first place
I can't believe there are so many bugs listed!
Are there other champs who are buggy like Rintrah that we have yet to learn about via Trello?
I definitely want the transparency and think this is a great step in the right direction. We had bugs with Kate, Sentry, and root all fixed in the last update with no real acknowledgment they were even being worked on. This lets people know if something is on Kabam’s radar at least.
Is the Howard armor up bug going to be up there soon?
1- Don't you have any other bugs to fix before "improving" older champions? Like, I don't know, PARRY?
2- This is the reason the buff program is paused, because you try to find bugs in older champions?
3- Why CCP never even mentioned even one of those "not working as intended" attributes/abilities/stats?
4- How come you found all these now? Because this is not by chance, you have to say "ok, now it s Rintrah time, let's nitpick the guy" to find bugs that have differences like "5 seconds instead of 6" etc.
5- Why don't you just give every champion 2 two basic attacks and a heavy and be done with it? This constant "rebalance" is getting out of hand.
