Platinum pool issues

Hy,i solve the platinum pool puzzle,and I try to by with the cristal,6 star champion platinum pool,but they give mi nothing!

Do you have the 5 pieces that are for the 5* PlatPool ?
Or do you actually have the 6 higher level pieces needed for the 6* PlatPool ?

The 5* pieces are different items from the 6* pieces.

I’ve got the same issue with the six star, have all six pieces, but it keeps saying insufficient.
