Galan and Omega Sentinel interaction

Galan gained planetary mass when OS was hitting him while under heal block and I’m trying to figure out why. Is it coded as a fate seal thing or am I missing something in his description?

if you want to have some fun use Galan against Peni. Everytime you hit into her block when her shield is up you gain 50 planetary mass making his sp1 hit really hard during the harvest.
