Clearly you don’t know the rules of the game or the forums so let’s lay it out clearly. Per the forum rules, Kabam will not discuss actions taken against any individual accounts here. Your constant spamming is not going to change that. You have the authority to share your own account info, but they will not discuss or share anything here whatsoever. Your only option is to go through support. But I bet if you think long and hard enough you can figure out why you were banned.
You said earlier you “took” Adam Warlock in arena. Were you running an arena bot?
You said earlier you used two phones to run arena. Were you using them at the same time? Without the use of some crazy third party software it’s literally impossible to be on one account on two devices at the same time.
You said you didn’t use third party software. Did you download the game file through bluestacks? That’s third party software.
Did you pay someone to clear content or run arenas for you?
Are you just saying you didn’t use third party software (anything not downloaded directly from Google or Apple) when you actually did?

You’ll note that I said it’s impossible to be on them at the same time, as in both phones logged into the same account at the same time. That’s why I asked the clarifying question. If you login on one device while the other is already on and logged in then you will get kicked from the other device. If they managed to stay logged into both simultaneously then we know at least one device had third party software.

Anyway the ban is final they say this many times, they won't reverse it unless you can pretty much prove you did not do anything wrong and in those cases its very rare.

@moha Nick was banned along with others from a mistake by Kabam. Nick, along with everyone else who got banned by that bug, got their bans lifted, which also could have been resolved with a simple ticket to support.
Also guys, OP got banned for 7 days but also claimed to cheat the Adam arena. We all know kabam typically does an escalating ban system, (7 days, a month, then permaban) so OP could have been banned from past cheating in that arena.

Here is my take on your matter. You should have been permanently banned for Adam arena to begin with period! So many legit players spend their valuable time to grind arena to acquire a champ and then people like you arena bot/cheat. How is that fair? Kabam should bann cheaters in-game and forum account all together!
