Can't sign in

I can't sign in. It gives message that cannot connect to network. this has been going on for a month. i can't sign into game to submit a support ticket

I am also locked out of the game but i’m stuck on the loading screen.

Not sure if it’s the same issue but wanted to bump this just in case.

Disable “game center” of iOS then restart your mcoc app.
