    I ranked him down from r5 thinking this was a visual but then got nothing back i really hope this gets fixed

    Wasn't he talking about bug fixes and updates slipping through before patch notes?

    No resources returned for me either. I think they (Kabam) are tired of dealing with everything at this point. One misstep after another.

    I believe he was referring to the silent nerfs with the "slipping through the cracks" part, but he mentioned talking to the team about all of the bugs we had this month as well as the lack of quality control causing the Mythic crystal situation.

    Today received rank down ticket for 6 star kraven,I used on R2 kraven yet not gold,iso and catalyst from rank down.

    Same used it on the 5 star r5 to r1 for other champs for resources didn’t get iso or gold from the rank down tickets

    This happened to me as well for my 6*. Rank 3 and used both to put him at rank 1. Didnt think to look it up prior to using them. Assumed that it would work properly.

    I just took my 6* Kraven from R3 to R2 to R1 after getting the rank down tickets you guys sent out and you guys didn’t reimburse any of it so now I have an R1 Kraven and no resources. Please advise on where the reimbursement is.
