Same, I got catalysts but not the gold and ISO that was my primary reason for using them

Doesn't seem like kabam can get anything right the 1st time.

I'm not usually one to diss Kabam too hard, but Miike literally just flat out told us that he'd be talking with the team about all of these mistakes "slipping through the cracks" and making sure they don't happen again. They just keep happening again.

Wasn't he talking about bug fixes and updates slipping through before patch notes?

Apparently YOU can’t read. We got back nothing. No cats, no gold, no iso. Clearly states the RDTS will return those resources. Quit trying to stir the pot.

I believe he was referring to the silent nerfs with the "slipping through the cracks" part, but he mentioned talking to the team about all of the bugs we had this month as well as the lack of quality control causing the Mythic crystal situation.

Today received rank down ticket for 6 star kraven,I used on R2 kraven yet not gold,iso and catalyst from rank down.

This happened to me as well for my 6*. Rank 3 and used both to put him at rank 1. Didnt think to look it up prior to using them. Assumed that it would work properly.

I just took my 6* Kraven from R3 to R2 to R1 after getting the rank down tickets you guys sent out and you guys didn’t reimburse any of it so now I have an R1 Kraven and no resources. Please advise on where the reimbursement is.
