Incursion node issue

The node specifically says the defenders health won’t regenerate back if they are under the effect of incinerate or shock but the defender still manages to regenerate the health back even when under incinerate effects

    Can you show the video? This node only applies to Incinerate or Shock debuffs, you might've used Kitty's Incinerate Passives.

    So it doesn’t effect the node if it’s a passive incinerate?

    I've been doing incursions an I've realized I've gotten milestone rewards but haven't gotten the other rewards for beating like shards etc...
