BG season rewards

So, I didn’t get the most recent Battle Grounds season rewards—solo or alliance. I submitted a support ticket, they said I got them on the 28th. I didn’t. Anyone else having this issue?

Btw this shouldn’t have anything to do with the mystic crystal bug, I didn’t use/exploit it.

    I submitted a ticket and they said they will be rolled out later this week as well as them releasing a post when they are sent out. You were also one of the people that did this big because everyone that did it is having this problem, or you didn’t contribute enough points

    I submitted a ticket and they said they will be rolled out later this week as well as them releasing a post when they are sent out. You were also one of the people that did this big because everyone that did it is having this problem, or you didn’t contribute enough points
    Nah man, I didn’t even know about the bug until after, not that I would have taken advantage of it anyways. I know I contributed enough points as well.
    Thanks for the information, hopefully they’ll sort everything out by the end of the week!

    How much points did you put up and can you post the screenshots
