Platinum triple pass reset & now locked out

Alliance member just told me there triple track pass just reset & now can’t access it , has this happened to anyone else as I can’t seem to find any info on the matter

A few days ago it reset for people that were locked out if their accounts during the mythic crystal fix. Haven’t heard if that was corrected or not.

It disappeared for me as well. I was definitely not locked out due the mythic crystal issue.
