Which skill champ to rank 3 first

Kabam won't stop giving me my most wanted Skill champions and I can't decide who should go up first

It’s very close between Kate and Valkyrie but I think Kate wins out on just the smallest margin.

I picked Kate over Valk because I am pretty sure Valk needs to be pretty high sig also
