Travelling abroad (need info)

Just a question if anyone knows.
Me and my wife are planning a trip almost a year a head and trying to book tickets. But we have a baby coming in 5 months so can i still book tickets without putting the baby? Cos if i put the baby now it asks the year and date of birth which we dont know.
Can we take the baby (about 6months old when we travel next year) abroad without passport? Or anything? I know for a fact its free upto 2 years old.

Then it can only be assumed that you will have to call each of those airports that you planned to stop at. Just note down information and convey the information what was said by the former airport to the current airport so it can be done right.

This post made me laugh. Good luck on the travel but this is not the place to ask about baby info unless it's a baby MCOC account. Congrats as well.

If you qualify for summomer clash and the aboard location is an eligible country for participation, Kabam can sort it out i believe. Give it a try.

Is it bad that I read this post and it made more sense than half the posts on here normally?

Also this would have been perfect to post in the random discussion thread last week. It would have fit in perfectly

The baby needs a passport. It will be valid for up to 5 years and when you child is 5 it will still have a picture of a bub on it.

As for the ticket that will be a question for the issuer of the ticket, not the airports. Airports don't care.

Of course, you can book the tickets now, but will have to ask airline to add your baby later after he/she is born. You will need a passport for the baby. I don’t think you can fly internationally without a passport (unless there’s special arrangement between countries). Children under 2 years don’t always fly free. It’s only free if you hold them on your lap. If you are not planning to do that, you’ll have to pay for the baby’s seat. Seats next to you may be empty, but I wouldn’t count on it. Some international flights also have “crib” for infants. I don’t remember the name, but only specific seats have access to that. That’s just my experience. It’s best to ask the airline you will be using.
