Reason of permanent ban of my alliance member

My alliance member got band permanently without cheating so requesting to give his account back if he didn't cheated . Want to check why he got permanent ban . Need reason

    I double checked for you, they broke the rules and that's the reason.

    You should ask your friend to tell you the truth since Kabam doesn't ban players permanent for no reason. There's always two sides to ever story, the one he told you and the truth. Only way to get back is to email support if he really didn't do anything wrong.

    Okay thanks he told he didn't do anything wrong I asked him like 20 times lol if he did cheating I wasn't here to complain about him .

    I once showed my son how to play the game.
    Was super low and just road to the labyrinth.

    Got a warning immediately about “politing”.
    Meanwhile, there are cheaters everywhere.
