Is Photon immune to AA reduction or am I missing something?

So I've been working my way through the EQ on TB difficulty and have reached Photon now

I know Herc is the way to go but I figured I'd give Black Cat a try due to her AA reduction
But from what I've noticed it doesn't seem posible to reduce the AA on her untouchable, even with Black cat at well over 100 hit on the combo meter and a sabotage debuff applied I still miss every hit when she's untouchable or I have a falter on myself

I don't see anything in her abilities mentioning she's immune to AA reduction, the closest thing I see is Neutralize immunity

Did I just miss something and has this always been the way Untouchable has worked and have I just never noticed or is she bugged?

    You could eventually stop untouchable from activating in the first place but when it's on its on. There's no AAR that can bypass miss mechanic

    No bio on aunt mai... doesn't really make sense to me. IMO miss counters should be able to hit her.

    When Stunned, Photon loses control of her solid form and gains a 100% Untouchable Passive for 2.5 seconds. If an Opponent Misses during this effect, it goes on cooldown for 8 seconds.

    Miss counters can hit her tho. I used Zemo and was able to hit her while root was active as his abilities claim
