As Cavalier, got some tier5 basic catalyst fragments to complete one tier5 basic, 3x cavalier crystal = 6* Nova, 6* 1k shards, 2x cavalier nexus (1st was 5* nexus, 2nd had two 6* Ultron and Elektra).. not bad rewards for sure. but hoping, I get a legendary selector crystal like what I've been hearing others have crazy rng.
I started with a Bang... half a r4 mat (can't recall if it was t3a or T6b)... but it came with a mastery core (which if I needed would be awesome, but I don't , so its a pittance of gold unless Kabam ever redoes masteries).
Since then... another master core, 3 energy refills, a team revive, and some 6 star chards / 2 paragon crystals. Is this the reason why we can't save the crystals until later... so we can't hoard revives and refills?
Without seeing the drop rates... these seemed insane initially... now it feels like a "better meh than last year".
I wish there were some reward selectors similar to last months event... If I didn't need a mastery core, I could have had 2 other choices (maybe it was just an energy refill or a team revive, and all would be meh)... but I'd feel like I'm getting something.
Having the choice be based on progression isn't much of a choice... unless you put another 1200 mythic crystals in a lower choice :-)
I would like to be thankful for the free stuff... and actually trying not to complain... but any time there is an RNG element, I know this can happen... its just usually we know the drop rates so you at least feel a bit better about it.
The rest of the event... love it a lot so far... but when getting something "free" feels bad... that's not a good thing.
I don't understand why they didn't put both t3a and t6b in the same reward just as a lower quantity. I can already see the crazy imbalance I'm going to have at the end of this....

Same boat here as a Cavalier player been getting really good stuff. In fact today got 2x Cavalier Nexus and first one was a 5* Nexus with the second having a 6* Stark Enhanced Spiderman as part of the options to choose from. I am hoping as well for some good RNG to get at least 1 7* Selector.
Overall I have been happy with these crystals and call this a W for Kabam!
I’ve gotten almost 5k 7* shards from these crystals I opened one yesterday and got Shuri! And I have 10k shards again! Also got 7* falcon from a feat paragon and a brand new 6* Corvus from a daily paragon crystal! My luck is nuts

2nd- 50% T3a & potion
3rd- 5000 6* shards & Carbonium mastery core
4th- 5000 6* shards & Carbonium mastery core
- 3x Paragon Crystals (6 in total)
- 1 5k 6* shards

- 1 18000 T3Alpha
