Banned For No Reason

Kabam is doing great, They're literally being the best at mobile gaming. Giving a ban to players for account for literally no reason & falsely accusing it for account sharing. My legal account received a monthly suspension for no reason, I woke up and tried to login into the game and to my surprise i saw a message which indicates that i broke the law, My account has been suspended for account sharing even tho nothing like that happens. I just have 2 account and a single Device to run both my accounts.
When i contacted the Kabam support my unban request was totally rejected, Even they accepted that i may be using a single Device for 2 accounts but still my account will not be un suspended and all the suspend timing will remain until the time indicated. What an unfair game this is. It's literally the worst support team I've faced. Why would i face a monthly suspension for no reason ?
I want this issue resolved asap. I want my account unbanned.

not sure exactly how they can tell.
but you are allowed multiple accounts.
    you are allowed multiple devices.

not sure how they decide if it is a device you are using that has logged in or not.
something to do with a combination of factors
device ID, device location, game centre/play games account on device, playing habits while logged in. other accounts that also log in on that device, locations those accounts are normally played from.
certainly not something that would be an insta ban either.
it would be something that raises a flag and then someone looks into it and checks the account behaviour and decides if it looks legit or not.

    If that's what you think...

Did they start giving 30 day bans for first offenses or have you done whatever it is that you did before?

I'm also wondered about that, I'm pretty sure that 1st ban was always for a week

Op, first, read tos as it is NOT your "legal account" as TOS the account belongs to Kabam.

Second, nothing they can do in forums to help you.

Third, your not going to get any out here as it's highly unlikely anyone here believes you did nothing.

Forth, if Kabam "admitted" they might be wrong as you stated, where is that proof as one would think you would start with that if it was true.

Fifth, using one device for 2 accounts sounds like an excuse to hide that you are account sharing. I've used as many as 6 accounts on single devices (back during holiday gifting to self) and never had an issue. Just because you had two accounts on one device doesn't mean you still weren't account sharing.

It's the fact buddy I'm not account sharing. I've also run multiple accounts on my device but it's the first time this has ever happened. Also, running 2 accounts isn't an excuse. I have a proof of having 2nd ID.
As per the Kabam admitted, Yes they did and also stated they are not responsible for the suspend. In any means they are not accepting the fact that they it is done in an error & they declined to remove the 1 month suspend...

I remember logging in and out 2-3 Times on my both accounts just to clear the war. I mean logging out of 1st ID after 1-2 fights then instantly logging into the 2nd account for a fight & logging back into my first account.
But i clearly don't see an issue here as all the logins were done on the same device.

I've shared with 1 person but he hasn't played MCOC for month's, I asked but he said he didn't even have MCOC in his device
So you have never account shared but you have also shared with 1 person?!? You know you have admitted to lying and violating TOS and admitted that the ban is VALID and not for no reason, correct?

Kabam doesn't have a statute of limitations on tos violations. If you account shared months ago and not recently (which I don't believe) but Kabam just became aware of it recently, that is still ban worthy as it's still a TOS violation.

Thank you for admitting you account shared and your ban was valid.
What about those who account shared and mercing repeatedly years ago?
Isn’t that ban worthy and a TOS violation?
Because many people got away with that.
What is the timeline of the “crime” getting erased by Kabam?
They need to make it clear at the TOS too.
Because those blurred lines, create double standards situations.

Dude i totally consider it unfair if someone else has logged into my account months ago. For example ; You done a crime and everyone know it was done by you & then they're punishing you after months for that crime. That's unfair right ? If they need to ban me they should've done it the time when my friend logged into my account...

It's that they have to look through server logs years ago. That's not worth it
That's what I'm saying. My giving a ban after such a long time ??

The account is mine, Only 1 person have the access to it & it's my friend but he hasn't played MCOC for months. As for the fact of multiple accounts, Yes I've logged into my old ally mates account too to complete wars but they never got a ban...

Hi OP. I think you've missed the point but I'll gently repeat it here in case it's still not clear.

Don't share accounts. Ever. Not with anyone. Not with your friends or anyone in your Alliance. Just... Don't. Also don't access other people's accounts even if they ask you to and give you their credentials.

Yes, being banned sucks but do your time and treat it as a learning experience.
You're totally correct buddy but when the account is in higher rank alliance it's important to complete wars daily or you can get kicked from ally. I totally agree with what you're trying to explain but sometimes it needs to happen in order to win. Sometimes a person is busy and don't have enough time to login and complete the path...
