Scorpion bug with torment charges?

Not sure if it is just me, but when I charge heavy for the torment debuffs, and then intercept with SP1, the torment charges don't apply to the sp1 sometimes.

    I think if you do it the sp1 way it converts whatever debuffs on the defender into torments instead of making the torments new debuffs like with the heavy. Could be wrong though, it's not worded very clear

    Happens to me to sometimes, I think it's when you throw it just a second too late it registers as an evade as you lose your scorp sense when it happens yeah?

    I've been noticing this too, haven't changed how I've been doing it since I got him but I'm not getting the torment off the charge.

    Luckily it's not needed for most content and I fail at it so I don't bother in bgs or war.
