Can’t view individuals outside my BG in AQ and AW

Why is it now that when I tap on one particular person in AQ and AW to see who they are I can’t pull up just that person, instead it pulls up the whole bg roster? It’s making it difficult as an officer to find out who needs to be tagged to get moving. It’s been happening since like two updates ago and it’s quite annoying having to tag everyone to find out who needs to move rather than just tagging one person.

    For instance, when I tap on this guy. Instead of pulling up just this persons info I get this



    It only happens with bg’s that are not the one I’m specifically in

    Nothing on this? This is an issue that needs a resolutions guys.
