Communication Kabam?

So can we at least get a statement from Kabam about the stash issue it’s been hours at this point and I don’t even know if it’s safe to play when I can’t claim anything from my stash. Will all items be returned to the way they were?

Do you understand what "when I have more information I'll share it means"? It's 8am Kabams time so there's really no one there for the forums for those hours.

Your items are there. There is just a server issue that glitches them. Open a crystal that will send something to your stash like a premium hero crystal. You stash will appear and as long as you don't log out, you'll be able to play normally.

They did communicate there gonna test a update on their end early morning then roll it out if it fixes the issue be patient

It may be that the situation is recurring for OP. For example, mine disappeared and reappeared twice yesterday.

Now it has disappeared again this morning.

It’s hopefully a minor inconvenience, but I would suggest that it’s easier to ask for patience when there are only a small number of things malfunctioning.
